2-Year Limited Warranty
We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Tacti-Grip Fishing products. If your product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase date, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.

Coverage Details:

  • Warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship only.
  • Repairs or replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Based on customer-provided photos, we can ship replacement parts directly to you if you prefer to install them yourself.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Shipping costs for returning the shuttle or other products to us for evaluation.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
  2. We will evaluate the claim and determine whether replacement parts can be shipped to you or if the product needs to be returned for repair.
  3. If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility.
