We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Tacti-Grip Fishing products. If your product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase date, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.
Coverage Details:
- Warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship only.
- Repairs or replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- Based on customer-provided photos, we can ship replacement parts directly to you if you prefer to install them yourself.
What’s Not Covered:
- Shipping costs for returning the shuttle or other products to us for evaluation.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
- Email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
- We will evaluate the claim and determine whether replacement parts can be shipped to you or if the product needs to be returned for repair.
- If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility.
